Your account and records

Use an email address you control. The sign-in link is for you and should not be shared. You are responsible for the insurance information you enter and for checking it against your policy documents and insurer notices. CoverWatch organizes your records and does not replace an insurer, financial adviser, or professional review.

Sharing

Your records belong to your account. Other people can access only the information you explicitly choose to share with them through CoverWatch. You can remove a delegation through the sharing controls. A recipient may have retained information already seen.

Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Stripe Checkout. CoverWatch currently uses Stripe sandbox payments in both its development and production environments, so these payment flows do not create real card charges. Your subscription screen shows the current feature access and sandbox payment state.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance. Review important coverage and payment decisions against original records. We will present a new version of these terms when renewed acceptance is required.
